Yacht Delivery and Management
Fountaine Pajot "Lipari" 41 Transatlantic Jan 2013

Dear Phil,
I am writing to sincerely thank you for finding Capt Andrew to bring our Dreams (and our husbands) home safely.  I have no doubt that you have been in contact with the crew, and that you are aware they experienced a broken main halyard, and a failing autopilot, while navigating 20 foot seas.  That news was received last Friday night, and no further updates came in, with the exception of the daily Spot.  Then, Tuesday night, Elton called to let me know they were a mere 50 miles from the Azores, and said that both the halyard and the autopilot were miraculously repaired by none other than Capt Andrew, himself.
Also, yesterday, I received an email from Elton, and while I will not share the entire missive, I am quoting below:
"We are managing just fine and are doing well. I believe this Captain was perfect for this trip, and his crew is an experienced sailor as well."
So, for your efforts in find us our "Perfect Captain", I am enormously grateful.  Perhaps in the future there will be other owners that choose to experience the adventure.  If so, then Capt Andrew would definitely be the right man for the job.
Cheers to You, Capt. Andrew, and our Dreams!
Claudia

Thanks for your kind words Claudia

As soon as we heard that Elton wanted to make the crossing with Dreams  Capt. Andrew came to mind. It is great to hear that we came up with such a good match. He is an outstanding mariner in the finest sense of the word.

It certainly helps when we have customers like you and Elton. You have been patient and understanding of changes and the unusual situations that invariably arise when building and delivering such a complex piece of equipment as your beautiful yacht from thousands of miles away, working in different currencies, languages and measurements. You guys are great!

Frank and I really look forward to sitting in the cockpit of  "Dreams Do Come True" with you two in Miami!

Best Regards

J-40 St Petersburg FL to Isla Mujeres Mexico

2/11/2011
Dear Fellow Boater,

We recently engaged the services of Captain Andrew Jagger to help deliver our J-40 from St. Petersburg Florida to Isla Mujeres Mexico. This was a direct trip of approximately 500 miles. Conditions varied from 25 knots and 10-12 foot seas to powering.
Sarah and I are both seasoned sailors, but felt that we would like to add an additional experienced saltwater sailor, to share the watches and bring his expertise.  During our time with Captain Andrew we got to know him personally and learn more of his skills and experiences.  His professional knowledge covers both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans and the Great Lakes.  Having been Captain of both cruise ships and tall ships he has accumulated a wealth of experience in both power and sail.
Beyond his knowledge, it was the engaging way that he shared all with us that made him a very comfortable and welcome shipmate.  He has cruised his own sailboat extensively and was only too eager to guide us in the nuances of the cruising life, from handling customs entry to preparing freshly caught fish.  He has a keen eye for the way a boat should be rigged, to those little safety issues that might seem insignificant now, but could be critical in a special situation.
If you need an experienced captain to deliver your boat, or need that experienced hand to help you offshore we feel you could find none better. We hope that the next time we plan a long distance crossing that Captain Andy will be available to join us again.
Respectfully,

Tim Booth, Sarah Cannon, and dog Tillie

Hello Andrew,

You safely moved my Mainship 390 Porte Bonheur from Norfolk to Amelia Island, now I could use your services once again.

This time I wish to move the boat from Amelia Island to the New York area.
